Jane's Transformation



I work in the auction industry, which can be a demanding and hectic day to day life. Just before turning 30 I wanted to take more control over my own life and felt that it should begin with my own body and reaching fitness goals that I always had but never fully committed to


I started this journey with a purely physical goal, a certain weight and physique but what I ended up with was a completely new mindset and lifestyle, which I’m still adjusting as my goals grow.


The physical changes that I see are a great motivation to stay mentally committed and strong and have also influenced friends and family around me, which I love seeing.


Having Jonathan as my trainer has held me accountable daily and taught me so much about how my own body works, things that I’ve ignored or left up to chance for the last 30 years.


Aside from losing over 7% body fat, I finally truly understand that every decision that I make from what time I go to sleep to how much water I drink and how steps I’ve taken in a day will pay off and reflect towards my goals every day.

It’s also been a journey of education for me, the question I get asked the most is “how many pounds did you lose” and “when can you stop dieting” but I’ve realised there’s so much more to take into account and this is just the new me, it’s not going to end any time soon. - Jane


我在拍賣行業工作,日常生活非常繁忙。快將30歲的我,希望更能掌控自己的生活。我認為這應該從一個健康的身體開始,實現我一直以來想要,但從未全情投入的健身目標。


開始的時候,我只追求一個特定的體重和理想身材的目標,但最終我卻獲得了完全不同的心態和生活方式。

身體變化成為我堅持努力的巨大動力,但我最高興是,我的轉變同時也深深地影響了身邊的朋友和家人。


Jonathan作為我的教練,每天監督我的進度,並教會我很多關於自己身體運作的知識,這些是我在過去30年裏一直忽視的重要生活元素。


除了減去超過7%的脂肪,我終於真正明白,我所做的每一個決定,例如睡覺的時間多少?我每天喝多少水?每天走了多少步?都會對我的目標產生影響,無論那是正面或負面的。


這也是一個學習之旅,別人最常問我的問題是:“你減了多少磅?”和“你什麼時候可以停止節食?”但我意識到體重並不是重點,而健康生活方式的改變應該是一輩子的。 - Jane
